Every August, New Zealand's funniest people land in Edinburgh as complete unknowns and try to become unforgettable. A couple of dozen Kiwi comedians make the pilgrimage to the Edinburgh Fringe to find out what they're really made of. Back home, they've earned laughs, respect, and a name. At the Fringe, none of that travels. You arrive a stranger and you have to win people over from zero — one room at a time.
